I'm only st...I don't know about being more refined! I'm only starting on the long journey that is learning about wine, but Rioja is a definite favourite. The Faustino V from 2000 is a very nice example, but needs an hour or so to breathe to allow it to mellow a bit. As for the I, well I've not got around to opening the one I bought back from Majorca this summer yet.
