.... it appears IBM has just bought FileNet.
From publicly available information, it seems that the plan is to combine it into the Content Management area of the business.
I'm looking forward to working with the FileNet guys... I've competed with them in competitive business process management situations several times in the past and I have a lot of respect for them.
